Milk Protein Isolate/Casein Post Workout

Just wondering what everyones opinions were on having a milk protein isolate or a casein/ whey blend protein shake post workout?

Just wondering since i was gonna get this one called syntrax essence and some maltodextrin for pre/ post workout

Protein Blend [Dairy Proteins (Whey Protein Isolate, Milk Protein Isolate, Soy Protein Isolate)
