Milk Bad Even As a Protein Source?

-Calorie dense
-Carbs+protein - good if you time it right
-Anabolic - if you time it right
-Cheap relative to similar options like MRPs

Milk cons

-Shouldn’t be a blanket recommendation due to food allergies; know your body
-Carbs+protein - bad if you are prone to fat gain or you don’t know how to time your intake
-Can be a crutch that won’t last you in the long-term
-Not nutrient-dense
