Dylan, disregard anything you hear about ZMA boosting testosterone - it is complete and utter b.s. Please refer to PubMed.

Anyway, cut the ZMA for 4 days and tell me what you think.

Because I also take Doxycycline and use 10% Benzyl Peroxide solution for acne. I had been acne free for over a year since stopping use of ZMA… As soon as I started taking it again it was break out city after 3 days of nightly use.

It’s not worth it man, tell me what you see when you stop taking the ZMA - because my skin went back to being perfect as soon as I cut it out.

yeah im on sulfamethoxazole ( uhhhh) and i cant do any face creams, my fare norwegian skin cracks and bleeds with anything topical

I’ve been on acne medication for 5 years now. and Dermatologist prescribed medication for 2 years. Basically, it didn’t work at all. I read that milk story just a month ago, and stopped drinking milk and eating cheese, now my acne has improved DRAMATICALLY. I still eat jiff peanut butter(can’t get the organic stuff) regularly.

I used to eat cereal every morning, and drink a class of milk every day of my life…for 10+ years.

I’d say eggs is the way to go for breakfast. Or maybe eggs with a bowl of oatmeal?

With all due respect to the T-contributers, I thought the article on skin and milk was pure BS. Didn’t buy a word of it. It’s interesting to see people for whom ditching the milk is working out though. I have one question for you: what type of milk do you drink? If it’s the overly processed UHT type, then it’s no wonder really.

the milk that i drink doesnt have any BGH,i think its as natural as you ca get w/o being able to say 100% natural if that makes any sense, its regular supermarket milk, but i drank more than a glass, more like a gallon.

You don;t have no pressesed sugar jiffy is loaded with processed sugar and so is weight gainer.

A friend of mind drinks organic milk for this reason. It’s more expensive.

edit - To be clear, the reason he drinks it is not that it’s more expensive, but that there’s less acne associated with it. He may have some mild lactose intolerance though.[/quote]

Love the organic milk.

I used to buy my milk at a supermarket, and it not only give me breakouts, but would also make me chip porcelain the 2-3 times I had to use the john after a measly cup or two.

Then, my father picked up some organic, and not only did it taste better, but I was also surprisingly side-effect free.

Never looked back.
