Military/Diet Question

I’ve always found sprints directly after my lifting session would help burn any excess fat and lower my percentage. Also, I think it’s ridiculous they give you shit for being taped when you are still passing the tests. In my platoon its actually something to be praised for if we are over the weight standard, because it means we are getting yoked as f***. And considering we are all 275 PFTer’s it’s funny as hell to see Gunny’s face when we step on the scale and he has to pull out the tape calling us a bunch of meatheads.
