I don’t know how to plug a video directly so excuse me for just a link.

That’s part two of ‘High Intensity Bodybuilding’.

I think it was charismatic and second, it sounds a lot like he/they used the soundtrack of The Shining as background music which would be interesting.

I always get a kick out of seeing old shots of the Mentzer bros. My brother and I used to train together, and would joke how if we both one day won the Universe, we’d be just as cool (of course I was Mike, and he’d have to be Ray -lol)

crazy for an HIT guy but I’ve never seen any of Mike’s stuff

supposedly he advocated training frequencies that are extreme even by HIT standards, like once a month workouts

That is a weird video. What’s the story with it?
I can see Mentzer was stoned there too.
I like how he’s going around showing what he thinks of the band meanwhile they all tower over him.

Christ, I’m typing as I watch and he just put that guy’s hat on.

uhh… wow,… I don’t know what to say,… I love that AC/DC song, and Mentzer’s definitely one of my fav all time BBers,… but … wow… that was just too weird.
