I started at 2 tsp twice a day, but after just a little reading in th eforum and questions I sent into Tmag I have upped my dosages to 4tbs a day. Its been a day over a week and it I have seen results. My definition is better, and I am slightly bigger. I plan to stay on it for a month to 6 weeks at this level.
