Does anyone have any experience with Methoxy-7 and or T2? I’m thinking of ordering the fat loss stack and want to know what kind of gains I might get. My training program is pretty decent and I’m about to start the Anabolic diet. I’m a “strong fat guy” right now looking to lose around 40 pounds by February. Do you think hitting the gym 4-5 times a week along with diet and supplements will get me there? Any other supps to consider?
Guys? Any experience here with this stuff?
I’ve used both with pretty good results, but you have got to have your diet in check first.
I am also a “strong fat guy” with a serious yo-yo dieting problem (loose and gain 20-30 pounds every year). In my experience, the most important things are 1) diet and 2) cardio. You must be strict and persistent with both to loose any fat. Suppelments help, but they are third on the list of importance. However, supplements I would consider using would be: methoxy 7 and mag-10 to preserve muscle/strength (if you have the cash) and then an ephedrine/caffine thermo stacked with twinlab yohimbe fuel and T2 (again depending on available funds).
Jack, they’re both good products, in my experience. But are you keeping a food log? If not, and if your goal is to lose fat, you should know that no supplement in the world is going to help if you don’t have a pretty precise idea of what your daily intake is like.
Food log first, then supps on top of a good diet.
Good luck!
Thanks for the comments - I wanted to make sure that those were decent products before I shelled out my money. I keep a detailed workout log (lemme know if anyone wants a .pdf of the log sheet I created) and will be starting the Anabolic diet and logging it on the 15th. I know I’ve already lost almost 2 pants sizes just by cutting out soda entirely from my diet. My guess is that my body doesn’t like all the sugar, and when I cut out a lot of the carbs, my body will do even better.
