Anyone see the E3 trailer?
I haven’t seen the trailer, but the screen shots in EGM and PSM look sweet! I hope the story is better than MGS2, although once again it looks like we won’t be playing like Solid Snake (at least that’s the rumor). Oh well, at least Big Boss is the guy Snake was modeled after, so I’m sure things will be fine. MGS always has great gameplay and the jungle element makes this game very exciting. I just wish it was coming out sooner!

Splinter Cell was much better.
You have to like the gameplay, yeah it’s simple, but the story, the set-up, you gotta love it man! Can’t wait till they bring this one, I believe the story is about Big Boss 50 years earlier. They probably tell why the patriots died (remember the last lines of mgs2?).
agreed. splinter cell and syphon filter 2 were the shit.
Also, Metal Gear Solid was the shittiest movement. Solid Snakes moves around like a robot and only turns at right angles. gay.
HMMM, most of the moves in mgs2 were right angles, and you couldn’t see snake half the time. It was ridiculous.
Just so long as there’s no big surprise like with Raiden!
Also be on the look out for the REMAKE of the original Metal Gear Solid, on the Gamecube early next year. Revamped graphics and gameplay and a few new twists to the Shadow Moses incedent…
For now though, back to Call of Duty on the PC…
Syphon Filter 2??? HUH?? That movement sucked. Everytime you locked onto an enemy and tried to dodge bullets you ended up slamming into a wall. And not to mention, every character’s head looked like a block.lol
Yeah, the control set up is pretty simple, but that’s because they spend the meat of their time making the game’s enviroment beautiful and detailed. You have to admit MG is one of the most creative and polished games out there. One example would be the way they set up the dual shock controller. When the elevator starts you feel that subtle little tremble, where as most games just have a BzZzZzZ.
Does anyone else think that Ocelot is Bigboss?
P.S And aslong as they let you play as Snake and only Snake it's gonna be awesome!
