Does doing 2 workouts in one day rather than doing the same two workouts spread over 2 days have a difference metabolically?
I am interested in if there is a difference in:
- Net calories burned
- Carbs burned
- Overall metabolic rate
Also, I’m interested in the same question for an EDT style workout vs. a typical 24 set/rep 60 sec, rest period style workout. Any difference in:
- Calories burned PWO
- Calories burned during
- Carbs burned
- Overall metabolic rate
