I just got Metabolic Drive. I workout at 6 AM.
Should I still wait and drink it in the evening since the benefits of Metabolic Drive seem to be the slow acting casein protein. Wouldn’t drinking it at night be more beneficial?
Or should I drink it right after my workout?
