Sorry for the newbie-ish question but…
I’ve been using Metabolic Drive for a while now (and love it) but I recently added Surge. I’ve always taken Metabolic Drive shortly before bed because I read that that is the best time for micellar casein since it is a slow absorbing protein. Due to my schedule, I work out from about 8 to 9-9:30pm. Since Surge is a post workout drink, I planned on taking it after that. However, on the label of Surge, it says for gaining muscle…“eat a meal 1 to 2 hours after consuming Surge”. So should drink Surge right after my workout, eat a meal around 10-10:30, then drink my protein shake just before bed? That seems like an awful lot of intake within 4 hours time…
I can’t really workout at any other time, but I don’t mind taking Metabolic Drive at some other time during the day. I just want to get the most out of the supps.
