im gonna but some whey and i was gonna get either Grow! Whey or Low-Carb Metabolic Drive for non post/before work out shakes and a jug of the Metabolic Drive Complete for post workout shakes.

Whey is a whey protein that digest quickly, so peri-workout would be a good choice for this product.
