the ectomorph is an extreme ectomorph but the mesomorph is the smallest mesomorph i have ever seen and the endo just looks like a fat ectomorph lol

Cool, you basically just said they all look the same with just slight variations. Good to know. Now, go try and make everyone you know look like ‘the smallest mesomorph you’ve ever seen’ in comparison to yourself.

LOL

why would i compare it to myself im like ecto/meso leaning more towards ecto i think.

i am comparing to other mesomorphs i have seen like my brother who is way bigger than the mesomorph in that pic or my dad who has 15.5 inch(pretty lean) Forearms without ever touching a weight in his life.

Who cares about body types? Lift weights and prosper.

But…what if an ecto becomes a meso???
kakno wrote:

this is precisely the reason I asked “why” earlier.

until you actually reach your full potential, why would your body type matter?? if you have a flaw somewhere and you want to improve it, then stop putzing around discussing body types, find what works for you and work towards your goal.

so your dad has 15 1/2" forearms and has never touched a weight in his life? WHO CARES. if you want forearms like that, start picking up and holding on to heavy weights. yours won’t grow just by looking at them.

Somatotypes aren’t indicative of genetics/ bodybuilding potential. They were the result of a psychologist trying to make a link between physical appearance, temperament and a predisposition towards certain personality traits. The downside is that this where all the hardgainer hype comes from.

Bro star, the somatotyping aint bullshit, its all very real, people have even determined how one’s trunk index, skeletal frame and personality traits are linked.

Its really questionable how USEFUL the information is though simply because you can’t do JackLondon shit about the bodytype you were born with.

The only way said information is useful is for eyeballing other people and figuring them out like if you were a coach or something.

Interesting nonetheless.

sorry not trying to be rude but could you sum up that article for me i dont feel like reading the whole thing.

BASIKALLY

Measuring the relative width/girth of 4 body areas :

Shoulders
chest
waist
hips

They do math and rate someone on a scale of 1-7 for endo/meso/ecto morphy, but you can’t be an extreme at more than one value.

Brain and body effect one another in a goofy feedback loop. Your body structure effects your personality and thought processes to an extent, which turns around to effect the different types of hormones your body is squirting into your blood.

Then like i said, this stuff is kind of bad mojo depending on who you are, its probably something you would rather not want to know about. What the hell can you do about it anyways ? Nothin.

Oh jesus.

Pretty curious
Your personality affects how much hormones are going to be jizzed into your blood stream? What kinda gay shit is that no wonder people take steroids.

also i seen people with huge bones(wide hips thick wrists wide shoulders) that are also skinny how does that somatype doctor or w.e he is explain that.

Then, the meso which was the ecto becomes an endo which turns back into an ecto that becomes meso but turns back into ecto so that it can transform into an endo. Subsequently, walnut.
