Merry Christmas, it’s 4pm Christmas day here, had a real good day, kids didn’t wake too early (6.30) and all happy, been a nice day with huge feed at lunch, been for a swim this afternoon and just chilling, hope you all have a good day.
6:30pm Christmas Day here in Melbourne. A very enjoyable lunch with my family. Had a great time. Lots of food - filled up mainly on chicken, some great ham, puddings (oooh the brandy cream sauce was pure heaven!), and cakes (some great mini puddings dipped in port and covered in chocolate!). Some decent sparkling red other things washed it all down. I’m so full now and need to do something other than feel like a fat slob. Did a HIIT stationary cycle workout this morning - short one, only 10 minutes. Might do a big leg workout later. Or maybe not. Its Christmas Day afterall, although I am feeling quite bloated and fat, but the “Damage Control” article is sitting in the back of my mind

Yeah I think it’s time for me to do some H.I.T. ham consumption. 6lbs. of ham two 3 minute sets, no rest. Merry Christmas

I had a Christmas Eve that I’ll never forget. And one that I’ll never forgive either. Let’s just say that Santa brought Nate Dogg an angel, and I didn’t take full advantage of the situation at hand. For some reason, the “nice” guy in me came out and left things with a kiss instead of letting it go further. Damn, sometimes I could just kick myself. Hopefully, I’ll see her again. Luckily, she’s a friend of a friend. And damn hot too! I’ll have to tell you guys the story soon. I want to wait to see if there is a happy ending before I give the lowdown on a night that totally kicked ass.
I finally hit the sack at 4 am and slept until noon and spent the rest of the day with family and friends...plenty of eating and opening presents. Yet, Christmas Eve and Christmas morning are still on my mind.

I’m still kicking myself in the nuts for messing up a perfect opportunity on Christmas Eve/Christmas morning. I haven’t seen Jennifer at all this week. I did send her a Christmas card with a note and my phone number. So we’ll see if she gets it and decides to call. In the meantime, I’m getting some pics developed today of us together that night. I’ll scan them and put them on my web site soon, along with a few new photos of me and my friends.
As for the story, I don’t want to relive my own stupidity at the moment, so I’ll tell you in a couple days when I get the pics scanned and on my web site. Until then, it’s time to party it up for the new year…and hope that I get a chance to see Jennifer again. Luckily, she lives in Tampa, so I may bump into her again. And we have mutual friends. So we’ll see. Anyone else want to kick me in the nuts? I’m taking requests!
