lol dude no… but I appreciate the compliment about my traps!
I’m very much against any kind of drug use. It’s just been a matter of eating more food and finding training strategies that help facilitate maximum growth within my own recovery. If you’re genuinely interested to see the process of everything that went into getting from Point A to Point B, I’ve documented all of my training and a lot of my diet in my log. I’ve tried a lot of different programs and volumes/intensities/frequencies. Committing to a 2 year long bulk definitely helped.
@asmonius I appreciate the kind words! I’m going to keep working and sharing my training experiences!
About 18.25” cold, just below 19” with a pump. And yeah different weights will look different on everyone just based on fat distribution, and honestly muscle distribution.
People say that muscle maturity doesn’t really exist, but I think the more years of consistent work you put in, the better your muscles look. I’m entering year 16 of lifting. I took it really seriously the first 5 years or so, then basically just got comfortable maintaining that level for several years, until 2020 I started talking lifting seriously again, wanting to get as big as possible. And I started that journey in 2020 with Mike Mentzer’s Heavy Duty.
Traditionally what is expected when someone talks this kind of smack is that they must provide pics as proof that they are more accomplished or at least on par with the subject of the smack talk.
You sure do make an entrance, considering you joined Tnation only 3 weeks ago. It’s basic: Show respect to gain respect. Ask questions instead of making assumptions.
Thank you sir! I’ve learned so much since my “before” photo there and at that time I thought I knew everything there was to know about training and that because I knew Mike Mentzer’s philosophy inside and out, I had all the knowledge I needed… realizing that I really didn’t know anything opened the door for way more knowledge and growth!
