That was Lisa Lampanelli. She is an insult comedian. I can only take her in small doses. I have used some of her material to make a point in certain situations, however.
When they try to be, women are so-so.

And yes, I am funny. I’ve pulled of some great ones in the day. The fish caller, snipe hunting, and various college pranks.
I was along with my friends the master of the prank call back in the day before caller id.
If you’d like, I’ll take you snipe hunting and even let you hold the bag while i chase the snipe out for you. nothing is tastier and higher in protein than fresh snipe.

There is a huge difference in being funny and being a comedian.
Females just aren’t good at stand up. There are many comedic actresses - but standup is a totally different gig. And thank God Title IX doesn’t extend to the mic, or there would be comedy clubs closing all over the country.

IMO, the rule still applies. For every funny actress, most of us could probably name five funny actors (many of whom are the same stand up comics). You could say that intrinsic ability is the source, but I believe the mentally crippling effects of the “romantic comedy” are also responsible.
It’s like affirmative action for comedic actresses, ensuring that actresses like Meg Ryan, Kate Hudson, and Ashley Judd have mammoth acting careers but never actually do anything funny.
Kinda funny that extending title nine to the mic is a joke in-and-of itself.
