These are pretty funny. I doubt Kevin Bishop is on American TV.
I dont know…not that funny. Maybe because I am just from the States. The R Kelly and Usher one were the same. It was just him singing nonsense sexual lyrics
Dave Chappelle’s R Kelly Parody “Piss on You”
is like 10x funnier. JMO

Same here. I don’t know who Kevin Bishop is, and based on those clips, I can see why. I think he should leave comedy to the professionals.
At this point, I don’t think anyone can top Chappelle’s “Piss on You”.
British entertainment, let alone comedy doesnt do it for me at all. I guess just cultural difference. Even Monty Python has only like 5 funny sketches

That shit sucked. I hate British comedy. A man standing on stage in women’s clothing is not funny…yet they pay money for this.
This sketch not only wouldn’t get play in this country, but that “comedian” (and I use the term loosely) would get stoned at the Apollo Theater.
Now THAT would be funny.
I just dont think foreigners can truely make fun of American pop culture because they arent part of it
I’m English and I think that Kevin Bishop sucks, he’s not funny and not even well known over here. I think the tv show the Office is a good demonstation of British comedy. But please dont think that we find that sh^t funny!
The British office is ok and I give it credit for starting the idea but I feel the US office is better with both cast and cast chemistry. Some US original episodes are pretty damn funny as well

Aren’t you supposed to get stoned before you go to the Apollo Theater?

HA!
Wait. That only applies to comedians, rappers and and the clown that dances everybody off.
Everybody else is drunk.

I know I am drunk if I am up late enough to watch.

Not all British comedy is that same, this clip was crap.
I’ve seen some really lame stuff, and some really good comedy here too.
The Office? Yeah, Ricky Gervais produced the US one too.

I’m not a fan of Monty Python either, but Eddie Izzard does have some good skits though:

OK, that was funny. However, if I really want to laugh, I will put in a Katt Williams dvd.

Eddie Izzard rules.
Top Gear is also pretty damned hilarious. And they even drive sweet cars. If that show had naked women I wouldn’t watch anything else.

I’m not expecting much. If they even mention nascar I’ll throw my tv out the window.

I agree with you there. I think Ricky Gervais is brilliant. I just finished watching both seasons of Extras and I thought that was fantastic.
There was another show on BBC that I saw once, I can’t remember what it was called though, but I laughed hysterically the entire episode. It took place in an office setting and the main character was some type of government official.
Eddie Izzard is funny too.

Thank you for letting me know to take whatever opinion you have on comedy…and think the exact opposite is true.
Not funny at all? Just because you can’t relate to the subject matter doesn’t mean it sucks. It just means you are out of touch.
