I am wanting to lose weight, and after reading several workout plans on T-Nation.com, I feel that Meltdown Training will be the best way to go.
It states in the article Day 1 and Day 2 are to be repeated twice per week. Should the sequence be like this:
Monday - Day 1 exercises
Tuesday - Day 2 exercises
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Day 1 exercises
Friday - Day 2 exercises
Am I understanding this correctly? Is this the right sequence? If anyone could let me know if this is right, or what the correct way is, I would appreciate it. Thanks everyone and happy holidays.
