Meltdown success stories?

I’m following Alessi’s Iron Dog protocol (found in issue 209)… my results mirror char-dawg’s in that my weight’s staying the same though there’s a noticeable change in the mirror. Ryan, that 3 pounds of ‘muscle’ you lost is probably just some glycogen due to low-carb dieting. I’m moving on to Meltdown II after this week; I’ll let y’all know how I’m doing.
