Meltdown + extra cardio

Ok, I know this sounds really stupid since Alessi proposed meltdown instead of cardio, but if someone is on Fat Fast,like in my case, would some extra cardio be beneficial?

Well, let’s see. The guy who invented the Fat Fast did cardio. So I’m going to go out on a limb and say to do some cardio. (But don’t go monkeyshit crazy with it.)

DA suggests Meltdown with interval type training (jump rope or rowing for 1 min rest etc) but most here seem to have used Coach Davies jump rope sessions for cardio (3minrounds with active rest of 1 min) for the cardio portion, try that. I will be interested to see how you hold up doing FF and Meltdown, I went low carb (for me) and it got pretty tough at times.
