is it okay to megadose creatine, Surge, and whey protein in order to gain mass quicker??
instead of 5g of creatine a day take 2 scoops in 16 oz of water 4 times a day
whey protein 5 times a day
Surge 2 scoops bfore/during w/o and 4 scoops post
any opinions?

Depends on your food intake for the rest of the day.
Why don’t you try “megadosing” with hard work and lots of sleep?
Yeah try megadosing on a perfectly clean diet first. If anything, all the extra Surge will probably contribute to a substantial amount of fat gain.
I know creatine mixed with BCAAs is extremely anti catabolic, but I dont think there is any benefit at all to megadosing it on a cut. It may even be harmful but Im not sure.
If anything, megadose on fish oil.
Everybody’s body can only grow so much. Everyone has to figure that out for themselves.
If you are eating enough calories the rest of the day (which you should be) then tripling your Surge intake wouldn’t do much I’m guessing.
If you aren’t gaining as fast as you like, try increasing your food intake, add another meal, or increase a particular macronutrient at some point during the day (like more carbs PWO, more fat at breakfast).
I don’t see any benefit in what you suggested. Then again I’ve never tried it, maybe that is my ticket to hyooge.
Mega dosing creatine doesn’t strike me as a good idea. Creatine is safe, kind of like alcohol. A 20g a day loading for 5 days and then 5g a day is what you need, and is safe. However I think taking 50 grams a day for an extended period of time would be pretty hard on your kidneys.
