Thank you.
Obviously skin fold is the “best” option with regards to accuracy and easy/convenience.
It is not the easiest and not the most accurate but is decent at both.
Would you say, if the tester is extremely competent, that it can be close (within 2-3%) and is a good tool for measuring progress?
Oh, it would absolutely be a good tool for measuring progress (even for X, har har). For a guy at your level of leanness, it’s going to underestimate you by…2-4%, actually. Good call. Most of the leanest guys we dealt with would measure at 5-6% via skinfold, but 8-10% via UWW.

The tester would preferably be experienced and consistent with their pinches.

Well yes it doesn’t have 3-5 inches of fat covering it
lol

Missed this gem. God you are dense.

I guess I’ll use on of your tactics here: NO ONE SAID PEOPLE GOT UWW FOR CASUAL BODYFAT TESTING, YOU CLOWN. QUIT LYING (this is one of my favorites of yours, actually. Everyone’s a liar! waaaaa). DO I NEED TO SPELL IT OUT IN CRAYON?

Certainly not Ronnie Rockels! (fuck I hate typing on an iPhone. Everyone with one should ditch it and get a Samsung.)

You must not have been a lurker before you signed up. One of the most famous Brofessor X memes on Tnation is his assertion that his back is as big as Rockel’s. He now tries to claim everyone made this up, even though his quote was,

“I would hope my back is that big by now”

To everyone but X, apparently, this is a hilarious and ridiculous claim.

How can I compete with a back like X’s? I’ve already maxed out our HS machine…WHAT ELSE COULD I POSSIBLY DO?!

Haven’t seen that one. I’ve been here a loong though, just on and off. Still remember purchasing Ribose C and androsol with a friend using his account.

If X was as serious as he claim about wanting to be as big as possible he would stop riding his motorcycle cause it clearly kept him from progressing with all these crashes.

Also having severe asthma and living in a polluted city like Houston…getting to over 300lbs seems like it would kinda hold ya back as well.

Those damn lunges and all.

This is the point I think X never ever gets. To him its size alone that counts as in space occupied, shadow cast and over sized shirts etc. I could not give a fuck how big a bloke looks or the trouble he has squeezing through a doorway if he has too much blubber over his muscles. Scale weight and size matter far less than absolute defined and obvious muscle mass, I think all people serious about body building agree on this

Yes yes yes yes

Goddamn. Making fun of his motorcycle crash and asthma now. I’m sure he’s got plenty thick skin by now though. God bless the internet I guess.

It just shows a complete lack of character that they try this hard and type things that inflammatory…and then act as if it is justified.

Cute.

I haven’t had a bike since mine was totaled…back when I died for a full minute after the accident.

If this is what the posters here come for, that is pretty sad.

Zraw, it is nice to see you acting like such a professional.

Yes, because coming here for over 10 years claiming to want to help others reach their goals, and really just arguing nonstop and using “I’m bigger than you” as your ultimate comeback is so much more respectable. Get off your high horse, man.

Ah come off it man. It’s a website it’s not that serious. You have all done plenty to shit all over professor X; you’re all becoming the same tired joke you think he is.

This is all they do. As if it was ever different?

They spend hours literally lying and making shit up just to argue even if they really agree with what was written…and then some of you keep cheering it on…
Because you’ve done it for 11 years and people are finally tired of your BS. That’s why it gets cheered on. It’s like seeing the school bully finally get his ass kicked, or the loudmouth, shit-talking drunk getting punched in the face.

It did used to be different in that people used to simply tolerate your attitude. It didn’t have to be this way. You made your bed now you have to lie in it.
Ahh, so in your twisted head, you are going to act in a way you claim you hate?

You do realize what a hypocrite is, right?
Absolutely. But the kicker is I only do it to you. An eye for an eye. You, on the other hand, are a complete dick to everyone that disagrees with anything you have to say.

Stop being a prick and you will stop seeing prickish posts from me to you. I’m not going to hold my breath.
LOl at this. Apparently telling you the truth is “being a prick” to you.

You can rant about how lean you are, but if I ever mention I have more muscle than you, then that is me acting “superior”.

Got it.

You guys are a waste and detriment to this forum if this is all you are about.

For real.
Wrong. The “truth” has nothing to do with it.

THIS is being a prick:

Asks people if English is their first language.

Is constantly sarcastic and condescending.

But I suppose none of the above is being a prick. It’s just pointing out when people are wrong.
Yeah, that can be interpreted both ways.
Riding a bike is a huge risk.
I know, I ride.
Why take that risk?
There are a lot of NFL teams that ban their players from riding because it is dangerous.
Not riding because of the potential higher risks is something to think about.
Not just for “progress” reasons but for life and family.
