Who cares? I don’t care how lean you think I am. I care about having really big muscles and looking good. I did that. That is all that really matters.

It is like it hurts to admit I may have gained more muscle than many here. This ranting about what my specific body fat is makes no sense considering I am ok with it.
Not trying to be a dick. But I’ve seen your videos from CO, and I’ve actually trained with HeavyTriple IRL. He carries just as much muscle as you, dude.
Any vids u saw are 3 years old and I weighed 254lbs in it…so that is doubtful but you are entitled to your opinion.
I mean you’ve been training for a long ass time, clearly advanced. I don’t feel 3 years you’re going to put on THAT much more mass. Maybe 5 lbs of LBM? In no way is that an insult, just you’re advanced, not going to be putting on 15 lbs of muscle after having trained for more then a decade. lol

All I’m saying is HT is in the same realm of size as you, and he’s well versed in this stuff. Has his masters in something like biomechanics or something, does the bodyfat testing consistently. Just saying he has credibility. And he’s likely speaking from a place he’s been (heavier and thought he was leaner then he was).
I lost muscle mass after an accident. I think I have written that at least 3 times today alone at least.

I would also disagree with him being in the same “realm of size” as me but you can believe what you want.

he does not have credibility if he claims that people in the freaking 60’s were getting under water weighed for casual body fat tests.
I know you’ve have had motorcycle accidents and set backs and such, and have to regain lost muscle and such, but I don’t really follow your posts enough to know the time frames and such. Sorry that you had to go through that, though, and congrats on coming back.

HT is shorter then you, and I believe was in the 220 range at one point. He’s has set-backs as well, and while you may have weighed more, he carries a similar amount of muscle mass, just judging by his strength levels and seeing him. But it’s difficult to judge ya’ll being at different BF levels.

And let’s say that one statement he made is ‘inaccurate’ (idk if it is, nor do I care). That doesn’t erase entire resume. Years of school, years under the bar, clear amount of visual progress size wise, etc, he basically has all the qualifications you do. You kind of fucked up that simple math problem above. I wouldn’t say that would make you less credible, just for one error.

I just think you’re really not being fair to those who aren’t trying to shit on your dreams or something, but simply trying to be realistic with you. Mr. Walkway did the same thing in Marzouk’s thread… No one here is just being a dick for no reason I feel.

EDIT: Math problem was in the Bulking thread, just to make that clear. My bad.

Last line rings pretty loud, my friend. I was measured at 15% until I measured it via hydrostatic weighing, then it jumped to 18. These measurements just don’t do well with muscular people, unfortunately.

Next time you’re here you should go to LAC with me…much bigger/stronger/leaner (chuckle) people there than at the university gyms.
I’ll probably be around this summer a good deal, have a lot of friends in the area. I’ll let you know, maybe hit up that Asian buffet again haha

There was no mistake with a math problem. It was a misunderstanding. There was no math problem that was solved incorrectly…so any insult to my math skills was unjustified.

beyond that, why are you comparing me to someone else when we differ that much in height and overall size?

From what I have seen, we do not seem to share the same level of muscle mass. If you believe otherwise, so be it. His back alone is way smaller than mine in that avatar so I am not sure why you see things that way.

Fair enough. That is an old avi of his though, and I only have one back pic of yours to judge by and idk what the time frame is for it. And since I have no legit physique pics of you, I guess nobody here can really judge how developed you are.

I guess I just feel some guys in here have valid points and you don’t even consider them because you feel everyone’s either attacking you, or don’t fit the bill for what you see as credible.

I have enough pics in my indigo log for anyone to tell hos muscular I am and no, his back looks to be about 30lbs less than mine so no, I do not think we carry similar builds. I have big lats, shoulders and really big traps…he does not.

^Oh, boy.

Y’all serious?

Old back pic.

[photo]38769[/photo]

I fail to see how he looks like we are carrying the same size.

I will update these pics later but please.

Yes, I am carrying more fat in this pic…but if you can’t see the muscle there, something is wrong.

Alright well apparently I’ve struck a chord. No one said you weren’t muscular. I agreed with you, there’s not good comparison pics of you two posing or anything, so it’s difficult to compare.

And your back is big. That more developed or bigger the HT’s? … Meh…

I’d still argue both of ya’ll dieted down to similar BF%, not that much of difference. I mean he doesn’t train for size really, so you’ll likely have better delts and such, but you’re really missing my point. I was just saying he was academically knowledgeable to warrant credibility, along with having size/strength/time on the gym to garner as much respect in that area as you have.

Friend of mine, 5’9", 190

Agreed

I feel like every poster on this site has seen that pic because you just throw the same old pics up over and over on your never-ending quest to prove you’re the biggest guy on this site. Like I’ve said, you just act like we should all be in awe of you or something. It just isn’t working. You come off as a guy who is getting old and doesn’t want to give up the spotlight yet. We get it, man. You’re big.

However, you overall attitude makes you ultimately non-impressive. You think that being big gives you an excuse to act the way you do. It doesn’t. I see guys similar to your size in my day-to-day and I’m never compelled to stop and just think on how they have “really huge muscles” as you always put it. Bottom line: Besides you, Guns, and Steely (maybe Pushharder), hardly anyone on this site agrees with you or is impressed with your physique. You just need to let it go, guy. Do you really think you are going to change anybody’s opinion if you haven’t after 10 years of this shit?

@Brick-Dude, that back is insane. I don’t understand how X can honestly think his is bigger or more impressive. It’s guaranteed that, if he cut more fat, his back would be smaller than that.

Always the same response when how much fat is being carried gets questioned.

“well I got measured by callipers, so I’m not guessing”
“??? I’m not contest lean, so you can’t see my huge muscles? Something is wrong.”
“[Inserts picture] ??? I weigh more now and am leaner, I must be doing it wrong…”
“Why are you guys following me around acting like I’m not big? That thinking will limit the newbs”
Etc

^Woah, X, is that you? Lol.

LOL
posting photos that are two+ years old as representations of ones physique.
“Hey bro how much do you bench?”
“YOU THINK I CAN’T BENCH A LOT!?!? CHECK OHR THIS VIDEO FROM 2007!!!”

So much entertainment. Thank you guys

Could be.
Why not update a photo though?
If I constantly claimed I was leaner and bigger I would update with a photo.
The visual difference would be pretty astonishing if you were noticeably leaner (a few % points)AND heavier.
That would be a lot of new muscle!
We have to be talking 5-10 pounds of new muscle which would be a VERY noticeable difference.

No new photos unless its another shirted MM pose. But we should still be able to see the difference duh

Think about the time you could have saved if you had just posted this ten years ago and logged the fuck off instead of trying to come up with different ways to basically deliver the same message.
