I haven’t even posted a recent shirtless picture so anyone acting like they know what my BF is exactly without that is full of shit.

Why didn’t you call them out?

I don’t clam to be any leaner than I am.

I don’t care about being leaner to just impress you or anyone else.

In my opinion, it takes way more heart and work to build all of that muscle.

It takes a few months to diet if that is your goal.

If you have never gotten lean and never truly dieted down to single digits how are you able to compare anything to it? It is like me saying it isnt all the hard to get to 250+. I have never done it so I cant comment on it.
It doesn’t take more heart to eat big and lift. Those things are actually very enjoyable and require a big effort. However, they do NOT require ONGING discomfort. Sure it might feel a bit unpleasant at times to push big weights, but it’s nothing like near-constant hunger, disturbed sleep, fatigue, and willingness to turn food away, and at the extreme competitive level, weird shit like pain in the feet because of such low bodyfat.

I have a girlfriend who is on contest prep and about 8 weeks out… And I hear people complain about PMS?
So do they lose or gain libido?
She’s from Brazil, if she were to lose libido it would still be more than I can handle. On a serious note, gained so far but let’s see when she is two weeks out hahah.
I already answered you.

@X-Yet again, you seem to think people even want your help with getting big. It doesn’t seem like they do. Also, if all the people that usually argue with you left your threads, they would be barren. Lastly, you keep saying, “most didn’t get this big ever”. There are plenty of people that are big enough to be comparable to you. I have listed some in previous posts. You just refuse to see that. Even if someone does come along who’s bigger than you are (Bauber), you just write it off, saying he did it your way when he didn’t. You say that bulking is when someone adds muscle without worrying about fat gains so much. Bauber DID worry about fat gains and attempted to avoid them as much as he could. That is exactly the opposite of what you advocate.
Waittz wrote:

I did in the past when I started posting regulary saying I build most of my size by ‘bulking’ so while I think lean gaining is smarter, I cant personally recomend it because I never did it. The difference is I can say that ONCE and be done with it and did.

But, I know a lot about how the body works and usually try to give that info out for free here just like other professionals who post.

If I am posting about it, it isn’t ONLY coming from personal experience…but also a combo of all I learned about the topic as well.

If it fits the conversation, why would be done with it?

Now again, please again stop ignoring my question and diverting this. I am not talking to them, I am talking to you.
Clearly, but I want to know WHY you are talking to me and calling me out but not them for doing THE SAME THING.

If they never got that big, why are you ok with them faulting me for how I did it?

It worked didn’t it?

Why would someone choose to only question me when many here are doing the same in reverse?
UtahLama wrote:

You are 6’1", 3 inches taller…and about 30lbs less than me and you think we carry the same amount of muscle??

It doesn’t matter what you call it, the bottom line is I am not that fat and you can see my muscles.

Once again, you aren’t making sense. They came into a thread I started…so why are you acting like i can’t discuss topics here?

This is strange. I did not say that you ignore fat gains. How much you worry about how much fat you gain is individual. He bulked up to 335lbs, said he got too fat and dieted. How is that different than what I did other than that I gained more fat than he did in the process?
Waittz wrote:

You have to love how they resort to personal attacks the moment they can’t respond to a discussion well.

Hypocrites unite.

Faulting me for believing that it takes more hard work to get really big…when there are not that many big people here is strange.

If it was so easy, more people here would be way bigger.
