I “eat clean” most of the year also. I cook most of my food and have for years. What are you talking about?

Also, “bulking up” just means focusing on size alone for a while. I am not sure why any of you associate this with a certain amount of fat gain.

Perverting everything I write is getting pretty fucking old.

You said that there weren’t many guys that big that didn’t ever bulk up. Bauber is an exception. So, like I said, it’s funny that you made the claim you did when there is a guy posting on this site that goes against that very claim. That’s all.

BCTr8n said he has never measured above 14% BF. He looks 10x better than PX. Go figure.

His bodyfat levels are’t exactly low. Which means even when counting macros, he still needed to “bulk” to attain his current weight.

Hey, also, thanks for bring up the guy. Wouldn’t have seen his thread otherwise. That’s really great progress for a 25 year old.

^No problem, bud. Just trying to spread the love, lol. Really, though, Bauber seems to be a stand-up guy, and I hope he gets places.

@SS-Exactly. I don’t get why the whole “I’m bigger” thing continually comes up when, as most seem to agree, some of the smaller guys look far better.

The difference between you and Max is…he is pleasant and cordial the vast majority of the time on here.

You are only reasonably polite to people you give the famous “BEST POST” treatment.

I shall prepare for you to ignore the difference.

Uh, he did bulk up. That is what he did.

Pretty much. Once again, no one is saying someone has to get over a certain body fat percentage. That has NOTHING to do with bulking up.

Uh, what does his body fat percentage have to do with it?

Has anyone ever said you need to get over 14%?

No, no one has ever said that.

He’s just a guy who looks better than you who never got too fat and then used it as an excuse to obtain EXTREME DEVELOPMENT.

Dude, it is great if you think he looks better than me. I am not sure what you are even posting this for.

Why should we care who you think looks most handsome?

I am not in any debate about who “looks better”. I am talking sheer muscle mass and there don’t seem to be that many guys here carrying that level of size who never bulked up.

It is very clear some of you have no freaking idea what we are talking about when we say “bulk up”.

No one has EVER said you need to over a certain body fat percentage. That isn’t what bulking up is and this guy you are speaking of is that size because he bulked up.

GENETICS are what determine at what composition o training level you see optimal gains.

How can we tell how SUPER EXTREME one’s development is…if they never peel off the goo?

You have no idea how much size you have based off of a calipered BF reading by your hommie from the gym…calipered tests of big guys are ALL over the place.

You have been dodging that point since the beginning…for all you know you would be smaller than most if you lost the fat. Yet you still claim to be this monster…does not compute.

Like I said, I never insulted you…and anyone pretending I am too fat to see muscle has some screws loose.

This shit does not happen in real life.

I think part of the problem is that being big is not all it takes to win a comp or be impressive. There are more and more massive guys every day. Winning is now about how shredded you can get. And honestly just being a big SOB is not that uncommon. Go to any BB show and check out the audience full of huge soft dudes.

There seems to be to big an emphasis placed on mass and little appreciation shown for how difficult it is to be both “big” and shredded by X. Getting to 10% body fat is difficult for a lot of guys, especially if they are going to weigh close to 200lbs at 10% IMO and in my experience. However getting any percentage below 10% is vastly harder then getting down to the original 10%. Guys walking around under 10% and 180-200 Lbs and 6"1 or shorter look impressive in person. I would say even look more impressive to most everyone then the 235LB 17-25% power lifter look.

This may seem a little off point but I think this is why there is a back lash against what X is saying.

No Criticism meant towards anyone.

LOL @ handsome. He has never bulked up and appears to be carrying more muscle than you. He is lighter but much, much, leaner.
