I just started taking surge recovery, after workouts. I am new to figuring out what I am supposed to eat, so I was hoping that I could get some examples of a meal consisting of 67% carbohydrates and 33% proteins. Are there any good resources out there that show how to eat and what I should be eating.
One more thing, how far in advanced can I mix Surge Recovery?

The meal you consume should be dictated on the nutritional strategy you are following, which should be based on your goals.
It’s not a problem to mix Surge Recovery a few hours in advance of consumption as long as it’s kept in the refrigerator. This is what most of us do here.
