On training days,I go to workout 5:00 am or so.
I finish ~6:15 am,come back,take postworkout drink.2 hrs later,say…8:15 am,I take a meal in…When should I be taking MD6? 30 mins prior to that 8:15am meal? Or before I workout?
The rest is easy.I’ll take on 30 mins before 2 other meals which are before 4pm.I was only curious about the above situation.Thanks.

Did you try calling the customer service line before you e-mailed the freakin’ CEO of the company!? Tim’s a great and helpful guy, but that’s like calling Bill Gates for tech support!
BTW, I’d take it before I worked out and for goodness sakes, don’t wait two hours to eat your post-workout meal!
Yeah… definately before your workout. You will be burning extra calories by working out anyway, so you might as well take the MD6 prior to that and increase that fat burning even more.
He's not waiting 2 hours after the gym to eat (RIGHT?!?).. he says he's getting a post-workout drink, I assume that's a MRP, Surge, or somesuch. If so, good man.. if not, shame on you. :o)
