MD6 Feedback

I began taking MD6 a few weeks ago to help shed some fat and increase energy levels. I have found it to be more potent than of the other similiar products on the market. My only problem is that I am having trouble sleeping at night. Anyone else noticed or have any advice?

Initially I tried taking 2 capsules 3 times per day but I was way too jacked up, so I backed off and am just taking 1 capsule 3 times per day. I take them at 7:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 4 pm. I still have problems getting good quality sleep. I go to bed and feel tired and usually fall to sleep right away, but I keep waking up every hour on the hour.

Any suggestions other than quit taking it? I hate to do that because otherwise it is working great for me.

You must be very sensitive to stimulants. The usual advice is to reduce dosage (which you have) and take your last cap earlier (4:00 is about right, but it depends on when you normally hit the sack.) The only thing you can do is bump it back to 3PM. Or you could put more time between your first and second dose and skip the last altogether. Take one cap at 7AM and the second at 2PM for example. If you’d rather not do that, then you may just need to pick up some melatonin to help with sleep.

Sleep is also psychological. For example, if you say to yourself, “I can’t sleep!” or “I won’t be able to fall asleep” then you won’t. Actively trying to fall asleep triggers a sort of fight or flight response (not exactly, but sort of); your body thinks it’s an emergency. So you have to let sleep sneak up on you sometimes and say, “I’ll go to sleep just fine; I’ll just read/watch TV first.” Weird, but it works. Hope that helps.

I happen to be very sensative to these things I can only take 3 a day without feeling weird. Also make damn sure you do not drink coffee while you are taking this stuff it will mess you up look at your whole diet everything. I also noticed another thing when I was on md6 I forgot to eat. It killed the cravings so effectively I would miss feedings and not realize it. I would then think it was the md6 making me feel weird only to realize my body was hungry even though I didn’t feel hungry. Another thing I did was take 2 caps am 2 caps noon then one cap on my last dose by 2pm.

Why take more than you need? Two to three capsules per day works great for me and doesn’t interfere with sleep.

Geez!I’m so the opposite, in fact yesterday I fell asleep immeadiately after taking an MD6 at noon. I’ve slept 20 minutes after taking two caps… haha. It’s working great though! Maybe I’ve got something wrong with me, without MD6 I’m tired all the time. I guess I need more sleep, although I get about 7 hours a night. It’s tough when your roommates and hall stay up till about 3 am. Don’t they know that I need sleep to become huge!?
