As im leaning out at the moment and carbs being lower 150g-175g, as you have mentioned in your fat loss tips, if extra energy is needed, take MCT pre workout. What is a good amount to take pre work in mls or grams?

I use it pre workout and swear by it.
I use 15mls of MCT, 20g of BCAA’S and 20g maltodextrin.

Have you compared this with training fasted? Or training with just BCAA’s? Or plazma?
I think if you actually eat a balanced meal a few hours before you train, there is literally no need for preworkout/intra stuff.
It’s only good for fasted training and/or placebo benefit (you fele the gains when something sugary is in your mouth)
My pre workout supps work to a tee for me.
I am on a 16:8 fasting plan which I absolutely love and is working very well for me.
Other than my pre workout drink (30 mins prior to gym) I train fasted and feel great.
My carbs are centralised around my workout. 20g pre and up to 80g fast absorb carb after.
