Just wanted to know what is the difference between using Dextrose/Maltodextrin vs MCT Oil for my Pre/During training drink?

Which one is better or is a combination of each best particularly during a fat loss period?
Im leaning out atm on 150g-175g carbs a day, for my pre/during training drink ive been having 25g Dextrose and 25g Maltodextrin, 50g carbs total along with 10g BCAA, 3g AAKG plus an a electrolyte formula…
- Is re-arranging this to include MCT oil in place of some or all of the carbs a strategy to pursue and if so how should I do this in terms of amounts for each?
