Alright, I’m getting serious again. I’ve almost got all the components of my next cycle ready. Tell me what you think.
12 Weeker
Wks 1-12 test cyp. 500mg twice a week
Wks 1-12 dpp 150mgs/eod
Wks 1-12 mastereon 50mg/eod
Wks 4-12 humolog 8 ius am and after wo
I will also do 4 months of gh. 10ius eod, split into 4 doses am, pre wo, post wo and late afternoon.
I will also be using synthol in my calves and shoulders using the appropriate protocol for each muscle group.
Post cycle therapy:
Stasis taper w/ GHRP-6 at 500mcgs ed post workout and GH using the same protocol.
Shit, yeah I meant npp (its the weed). My diet is always very clean.
Meal 1- threes scoops whey, 1/2 cup dry oatmeal, 2 tblsp. Ground flax.
Meal 2- 2 cans tuna fish mixed w/ 1 cup unsweetedned applesauce
1/2 cup dry oatmeal mixed w/ 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce & tblsp. Ground flax seed
Meal 3- 8oz grilled chicken, 2 cups steamed broccoli, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 green apple
Meal 4- 10oz grilled beef top round, 2 cups steamed broccoli, 1 orange
Meal 5 8oz grilled chicken, 1 green apple
Meal 6(pwo)-60 grms dextrose, 1/2 later, 70 gms whey w/ 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 7- 8 oz grilled chicked, 1 cup boiled sweet potato
Meal 8- 60 gms casein, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Also I take 4 fish oils caps/day, 80 gms glutamine/day split into morning, pre and post workout and before bed
BCAA’s 30 min before workout during and after workout.
Also in case you didn’t know, I’m 5’8", now about 218lbs at around 10%bf.

If you have any issues with the synthol shoot me a PM. I’ve used it a good amount on several muscles. There are a lot of unexpected things that usually happen during a synthol cycle that a lot of boards don’t mention, mainly because you have to do a cycle to know about it in that kind of depth. That is if you haven’t used it that much before. But yea don’t hesitate.
I was going to start the synthol and the cycle at the same time, but now I’ve read conflicting information. Some say to start it before you’re cycle and some are saying to start it during your cycle. What are your thoughts?
ive never used synthol but it seems like you would want to use it out to stretch out the muscle and then do the cycle to help fill it out. just my personnal theory.

This is how it should be:
day: 1-30 synthol main cycle
Then after then main cycle I’m sure you know about the maintenance phase which includes the same dose as the last week of cycle but less frequent (once a week).
Once you hit the maintenance phase that is when you want your steroids to be kicking in. Think about it: your stretching the fascia with the oil for 30 days. Then you stop and only do it once a week. Well the purpose of doing this isn’t to look good for 30 days as many others think, but to use the loose fascia to build muscle easier.
So thats why when you stop loading synthol into your muscles, you want to have the steroids to be kicking in so that when the oil dissipates it will be replaced with muscle (I described this in a very simple way a lot more happens there - just said it that way for the average user to understand).
Other tips:
Inject the synthol about a minute per cc, sounds crazy right? it will prevent assist/lumps from forming (I got a way with doing about 30sec per ml). Also work the muscle with high reps within 15 minutes of injecting to prevent what I just mentioned. In addition right after injection massage the injection site this will help. ALL three of these things are essential to prevent lumps or unnatural looking muscle.
There’s a lot more stuff but you seem to have a bunch of cycles under your belt so I’m sure you’ve done adequate research.
But definitely let me know any other questions. Synthol seems to be one of those things no one has tried on this forum - so I find this subject is a good way for me to contribute.

curious tho, alot of people who run the 10iu eod protocol seem to shoot 10iu PW not split into doses.what made u decide to spread them? ive been on 4ius for a couple of months now and was planning on doing that protocl later this summer once its fully kicked in.
