Test E 12 Week Cycle

Hey guys just want some feedback on my cycle in running at the moment…

33 years old starting weight is 200 bf around 10, been lifting for about 4-5 years and decided to hit the dark side a few weeks ago. Previous experience have only been prohormones like tren/epi/sdmz

Diet is pretty clean…take in about 3200 cals a day. Not trying to get super huge but consume enough food to make sure I can get some reasonable lean gains.

Running test e 250 x twice a week for 12 weeks and have just finished my 2 week kick start using SDMZ. Front loaded my test 2nd and 3rd shot (didn’t want to hit it hard first pin just incase with 2x 500 mg). Pct will be comid n nolva.

So far I’ve put on 16 ponds in 2.5 weeks. I’m running l dex .25 Ed, but i think thr sdmz/test combo just bloated the fuck outta me. i have all my supports on hand including nolva clomid n hcg. Just started hcg will be running till last week at 2 x 250 ius a week.

Thinking of running winny at the back end of cycle from weeks 10-14 to solidify gains.

So far feeling is great! No pip so far n that sense of well being is slowly creeping in.

Diet is as follows.

Meal 1- 1 cup oatmeal and whey shake

Meal 2- 4 slices wholemeal bread with strawberry jam (pre workout meal)

Pwo- 2 scoops whey

Ppwo- 1 cup basmati rice 1 cup veg n either chix breast or tuna

Meal 3- tuna salad with fat free mayo or chix breat with cup of veg

Meal 4- 2 scoops whey

Meal 5- 4 eggs and bacon with cheese

Meal 6 3 slices wholemeal bread with natty peanut butter and cheese

Casein shake before bed

Macros are 350 pro 200 cho 100 fats give and take. All in all 3200 cals in total.
Trainjng 4 days a week about an hour and a half each session n just started incorporating fasted cardio 3 times a week to get this water down.
Would love some feedback on diet/ cycle/ trainjng…pretty much whatever will be much appreciated!!

Curious as to why? With some EAA beforehand and/or BCAA during/after I don’t see any reason why it’d be an issue (IMO.)
