Maximum Test Stimulation During Workout

I was going back through a few books to re evaluate my training programs and go in a different direction.

I was reading back through Power to the People by Pavel Tsatsouline, I love this guys stuff!!

Anyway it stated and I knew this already that the window of maximum Testosterone stimulus is 45 minutes during your work out session.

My question is that for persons like me whom are HRT, have high normal Free Testosterone numbers then how does this apply to me, this being that there is nothing to stimulate as it is already in my system?

How should I if in anyway tailor my training to get stronger and gain some mass?

How does this process differ for the HRT persons?

Not really is the answer. Those of us on TRT/HRT have no natural stimulus/production curve so we don’t qualify anymore.
That said, high free T numbers are always best for having to be able to convert the available nitrogen into muscle.
Train hard, eat right, and sleep enough. Just like the guys that aren’t on TRT/HRT. Maybe changing your dosing timing may help unless you are already on EOD or ETD schedule.
I could be wrong too…
