Just went back and read the Training with max weights from issue 1 again and was wondering if anyone had some good exercises to use for that program but for chest and back. My bench is really week and i think this program looks good, but not sure what exercises to use. Any suggestions or personal examples?
There’s no secret routine or anything. Stick to the basics because THEY WORK! For chest, do your bench presses & for your back, do you rows, deadlifts & olympic lifts. Do lots of sets of low reps & be patient.
