I’m currently doing a layer system for incline bench and would like to do a max pump layer for hypertrophy; you stated it’s 5 reps w/ a 5 second pause 3" above the chest, 4 reps w/ a a second pause, etc. how much rest time between sets? and also do you do each rep w/ a pause or only the last rep of each set?
