Mavis13's Beast Training

First off Starting with things I like and dont like. I like blondes there awesome. Things I dont like old stringy muscle dude wearing bicycle shorts the spandex kind. Talk about gross. Noone wants to see your mamel toe dude.

Today was the last day of beast training. I think this went great. I increased alot of my lifts and my shoulders look great. Tommorrow Ill post new pics and starting weights of lifts and ending weights.

Amount increased 55lbs

Sumo deadlift start 245lbs
Sumo deadlift end 325lbs
Amount increased 80lbs

Front squats start 205lbs
Front squats end 295lbs
Amount increased 90lbs

Back squats start 215lbs
Back squat end 325lbs
Amount increased 110lbs

Ok those are the lifts Im more concerned on the increase. Altogether thats a increase of 335lbs. Thats a damn good increase. Monday Ill start a new log and routine so check it out.

I did maxes today for bench and squats and I broke to personal records.

Bench press 345lbs
Back squat 420lbs

I was way stoked. I tried 360lbs for bench but it got stuck half way up and the spotter had to grab the bar. still way way awesome.
