First off Starting with things I like and dont like. I like blondes there awesome. Things I dont like old stringy muscle dude wearing bicycle shorts the spandex kind. Talk about gross. Noone wants to see your mamel toe dude.
Today was the last day of beast training. I think this went great. I increased alot of my lifts and my shoulders look great. Tommorrow Ill post new pics and starting weights of lifts and ending weights.
