I dont know bro, I felt good, I wonder if I go for 465 first next time if it will leave enough in the tank for it, I was basically pretty happy though, its amazing what a little sleep could do, so I was happy that I felt healthy and not like I have nympholepsy…lol

I upgraded to explorer 9 and now cant upload pictures. Pissing me off.
I too am chasing that elusive 500 and am trying to figure out the best way to work up to it. At the moment I tend to work up in singles. I go up in plates, 220 308, 396 then 440. Depending on how that 440 feels I judge how much more to put on. For me 440 is perfect, it’s not so close to my max attempt that it knackers me out, but close enough that it’s not a massive jump to the next weight.
I don’t know about you, but I only have a couple of decent heavy attempts in me per session and a 455 followed by a 465 would waste one of them for me. IMO go for broke on the first one and you can always drop down on the next one if you miss it and nail that. Nail the first one and you may not have the energy to go any higher on the second attempt.
Brett - Thanks man, I think your right, instead of possibly wasting some energy with the 455 Im gonna jump it go straight to the 465. so maybe 425 then 465?

DLs are being sucky today. It’s a known fact. Although you’re content, I’m not. I think that they’re still recovering from Cinco De Mayo.

I found out how to still embed them, after you play the vids, wait till it ends and use the link that shows up when its over and shows in the screen…that one works.
Nikki dont sweat it, youll hit them DLs hard next time…My FAF came after the session, 2 chicken marsla slices and a spinach roll post meal…checkers for dinner with a shake, with btw are right up there with frostys.
Ha ha yeah Nikki, I BB hack squatted on a BOSU ball! Actually the Hack Squat machine hurts my knees for some reason so I I went on EXRX to see how the BB version is done, and I loved it, it was light weight cuz it was done in my complex but nevertheless I felt in my quads which is what I wanted, Ill def take a vid this week.
