^ Don’t know, currently she is in her last week working with the neuro oncologist and going to be actually working for me for a couple weeks before she starts her new job. So we have been to busy for her to do that, I hope she does. I think there are some PL ladies on here that could give her some tips and encouragement.
I used to do BB hacks regularly. Might have to add lightish ones back in. At around 245 etc grip became a real issue.
I also see that bromance is in the air…
I can definitely see where grip becomes an issue with these, I dont think I will go heavy on these prob never more than 2 plates.

When I did the front squat today it is from the floor, so you have to clean it first after doing the DL in the complex. If I had a rack I could have gone heavier on the front squat.
