Thats some good volume on the incline. We just replaced our water heater, because nothing sucks like running out of hot water.
Joe, its the worst feeling cold showers are unbearable! Fortunately it was still under warranty, so I didnt have to pay for the part but still gotta pay for labor, if I had to install the piece it would start making ice cubes instead of hot water.

Anyway I find it very ironic that today’s weather in NYC is exactly how it was on 9/11. While its very packed here in downtown Manhattan there is a different somber, surreal, quiet feel to the city today…hope you like the pics…

So Matty you get the 455 and then try the 465, did you spend it all on the 455? I struggle with this sometime on how to gauge the singles. To much of a jump and I miss and done, go to low and I make, but sometimes I am spent. Kind of irritating.
