agree, but some of us can’t do complexes, or other upper body stuff atm. Of course, I have managed to duck any cardio anyhow, just been eating a hair lighter since only going to gym twice a week now.
yeah, Matty, the left arm is doing something freaky… It has quieted in the last few days, so maybe getting over it. I’m gonna lay off upper body and regular squats for the next week, and start some light upper next week to see if its good then.

NOTES…Stuck to my guns and didnt try to do max weight on the incline, I wanted to more hypertrophy range rep work, and like the idea of alternating weeks (1 heavy/ 1 rep work) Shoulder feels ok, when I started I felt I could do 225x5x10, that idea came crashing down pretty quick, anywhooo it was good nonetheless, got swole yo.
Pendlays worked out well and will alterante between pendlays and db rows weekly. 285 was ok probably not strict enough to call them pendlays though.
My effing hot water heater’s igniter’s switch broke so not hot water, been taking showers at the gym like a homeless person. It sucks that I have to pay for a repair in a home that I should be leaving in 6 weeks…FML…I just got banged out for $350 (1 hour) for a fucking magician to perform at my daughter’s communion party…Im tellin you right now if Ben the Magician (thats his name) doesn’t pull a burning rabbit out of his ass…Im asking for a refund.
Im taking a mental health day on friday, going tanning, getting a cut and a shave at the barber shop, maybe even a massage (happy ending? hmmmmm I kid I kid)
