Veggie - Lol, I had to move it im over 35 now! Thanks for the kind words about Liberty she was a great dog with a great heart, 18 wonderful years. Unconditional love and loyalty something very hard to come by espescially with humanity. Flash - Man I was beat, you get used to training one way and then this style is a total 360. I did enjoy it, I would love to do it more consistently but their studio is a little ways for me so its tough sometimes. If I could go consistently it would be the only way I consistently keep my conditioning in order. When left to my own devices the conditioning sometimes doesent happen lol.

Honestly I moved last year into our new house when we moved. By myself and the wife helped. From a 6 bedroom house to a 4 bedroom 3500 sq feet. Had to do it in 2 days. About fucking killed me. That is why I do all the yoke walk, farmers etc.
Great vids. Went through a zercher period, lot of highland guys swear by them for the caber toss and other throws. Felt them primarily in the quads but I was bent over more at the beginning and standing straight at the end to get the lower back involved. Finally gave them up in favor of the front squat that hit the quads 100%. Oh, I was an alter boy at a young age.

Well well well, I really need to get my conditioning up, it was sobering how bad my conditioning is. The good news is that I had rep PR with 405, my buddy really helped with my form and it really helped with my pull. I tried and failed with the 455 which was discouraging…talk about from the penthouse to the outhouse. Seeing guys half my size DL 500 today was a real eye opener. Long story short I am going to become good friends with this fucking prowler for a while.
Tonight a bottle of Syrah and my bed and some shit TV…heaven

The 455 will go. I would say to be patient, but I wouldn’t be.
Thanks Joe, I think the fixes to my form while a work in progress should help my numbers. The prowler is a great tool, Im gonna make a point of doing it more consistently
