Matt Kroc Transitions to Janae Kroc

No, I swore I would no longer debate with you re whether the analogy was valid.

Again recall that women’s rooms are private already. No one knows what’s causing the tinkling noise coming from the next stall. Privacy and comfort are protected. When men are dressed as men, regardless of their identification on another day, they should use the men’s room. They are safe in there dressed as men - less so dressed as a woman - and privacy and comfort are not at issue.

And again I remind everyone that as rarely as you see a woman whip out her penis at the urinal or a bearded man washing his hands at the women’s room sink, they have been using the bathroom they identify with anyway. It’s been going on - comfortably - forever.

i have not read the entire thread so maybe this has been covered
man who is not trans, claims to be ,enters womens locker room ,restroom either just because he is being a dick,or he is very good with pin hole cameras

does that stall divider go to the floor?
the person next to you places a bag, box, purse on the floor ,could it have a pin hole camera, are you being recorded
odds are a woman, will not do it
odds are a true trans will not do it
guy that runs a voyeur site well damn
put on a dress make money

Odds are a woman won’t do it - and yet there are, if I’m not mistake, no shortage of upshots of women in restrooms and have been for some time now. Somebody is doing it! It’s already happening.

I think prosecution is the solution to this issue. Heavy, heavy sentencing for crimes of this nature. Which of course brings us to the question of husbands and boyfriends posting pics of their wives and girlfriends without permission (have seen this right here at TN) and it all becomes muddy, but the point is that I am already not safe. This law makes no difference. If someone is motivated to dress in drag to photograph women he doesn’t care about laws.

sometimes laws are not needed, sometimes laws just make things more muddy

And other times it offers protection to subsets without diminishing the protections of the larger group.

in days of old when men were men and sheep were scared,
or was it
when men were men and women were women
if a man walked into the womens room the law would stop him
now if a man walked into the womens room, all he has to say is ,i am a woman,in alot of areas he does not have to prove it, you diminish the laws ability to protect the larger group[quote=“EmilyQ, post:1081, topic:210559”]
