A woman wouldn’t use steroids, it makes them too bulky

I guess her “delusion” was temporary.
And happiness is fleeting. ![]()
Good for her!
I would never judge unless I walked a mile in someone’s combat boots AND high-heeled pumps.

That’s the part that gets me. You don’t get to be something you’re not. I want to be rich, but I’m not, and I’m not going to insist that others refer to me as a rich man everywhere I go because that would make me a douche.
If you’re a man and want to act like a woman: fine, no problem, but don’t make me call you something you’re not.

I’m not really sure what their ultimate goal is here. I’m okay not calling them a man, whats wrong with the label “transgender woman”, or some new word for it because they are obviously not a woman as we know it.

This was actually obvious to me from some of his writings, though many probably took everyone of his words as pure standup, Alpha Male bravado.
Stuff like beating up your brother because you lost an informal wrestling match strikes me as a sore loser and someone who can’t handle getting his way. Sorry, but if you play, you pay. If you don’t want to pay, don’t play. If I recall correctly, he threw his brother against a tree for his loss. Again, if memory serves me correctly, he also said in an interview that berated his brother because he couldn’t handle a run, which might have been because he was not as conditioned as him.
He also said he threatened people when he was told he could not use a weight room during certain hours while he was in the military. Then there’s the story about him puncturing his arm with a nail, just to see how he can deal with the pain. Then there’s the other story about him pushing so hard with leg extensions that he injured his head, I think from some type of internal rupture or hemorrhaging. Then there’s the story about hard bike rides at the expense of paling around with other kids. Then he spoke of how he will not accept defeat in anything (I don’t know how one gets to CHOOSE whether they will or will not be defeated) and how even when he worked insane hours he never fell short on personal relations.
So when he finally “came out” I was not in the slightest bit surprised. Like… not at all! Are the above examples clearly examples or signs of someone who is so-called “gender fluid” or whatever LGBT denomination there are? Nope.
Had I read the above examples ten to fifteen years ago, I myself might have thought, "My god, this guy is so cool! He is a real man.
Well, actually I did think that! And I STILL think Kroc is probably a nice, likable person, despite some of the unlikable stuff above, like threatening people and hurting a brother physically or verbally because one lost or the bro was not tough enough.
But reading that stuff in the past few years, and some of his more recent interviews before his transformation, I just thought while reading, “Issue, issue, issue! This guy has an issue!” So again, when this stuff came out, I didn’t even bat an eyelid.

Well done.
How did I miss this story? I think Kroc was a good dude. Hope it works out.

Well from your username I would surmise that you believe in God so you are willing to believe this unprovable fantasy…what’s one more (if indeed it was a fantasy…) ???

Earlier in the thread, I posited that there may well be a genetic/biological basis for transgender identification. And that I almost expect that that’s the case with homosexuality.
And I’d have to say that this guy supports my conjecture.
