Massive Eating Question

If you don’t know the DEFINITE answer to this question, DON’T BOTHER POSTING ONE! I mean it! Ok, I’ve looked everywhere, and I know this question must be somewhere, but I can’t find it.

**** Here’s my question: When eating a high carb + protein meal, how long, in minutes, MUST I wait before I can eat a high fat + protein meal? Or vice versa. I know I need to wait for the insulin spike to decrease before eating a fat meal, and I know the fat needs to be out of my system before eating a high carb meal, but just how long does that take? Thanks in advance for any help.

I don’t think you looked hard enough because it was posted on this forum. Basically wait 3 hours, dairy food usually takes about a good 4 hours to digest. It’s not in minutes like you asked for master, but hey i’m sure you’re not that bad in math.

john said he eats every 2 hours

In truth if you waited until all that food was out of your system you’d have to wait a lot longer then you think. Have you ever gotten sick and thrown up and noticed some of the food that you vomited up may have been eaten up to 12-14 hours earlier?? Bodybuilders want a constant influx of protein so frequent 2.5-3 hour feedings work best to keep the nitrogen levels elevated and consistent…but really probably the only time your stomach is completely free of any food is in the morning upon rising…and that might even be questionable.

IF u throw up something u ate 12-24 hours later you are not digesting your food and that is a problem. the only way youll see that food 24 hours later is when its coming out your ass.
