I have read the massive eating articles as well as the reloaded ones but I still cant find any information pertaining to when to eat P+C and P+F meals on non-training days. I understand the plan for training days but I would really appreciate it if someone could explain the diet plan for non-training days i.e. when to eat P+C and P+F etc. Thanks in advance

P.S. I did try the search function first ;)[/quote]
On non-exercise days, eat the P+C meals the first half of the day and the P+F meals the second. Your body is most responsive to insulin in the hours after waking assuming you do not train that day.
