Massive Eating caveat

Hey, John B., I thought it might be worth mentioning that the quantity of food consumed in a protein/fat meal is very important. At least I found it to be important in my case. I found that it was important not to eat too much. If I overconsumed, I became ravenously hungry only 30 minutes to an hour later. I can only theorize that the overconsumption of protein induced an insulin release, and since there is little carbs to raise glucose, the glucose level dropped too far, thus inducing hunger. I found that a piece of meat (or chicken or fish) about the size of my hand was optimal (about 40 grams of protein).
