Pardon the edit, just trying to give some context.
The principles still hold up, especially when you realize that a large part of the advice is a re-worded way of recent suggestions to “carb backload” or “avoid carbs until right before and after training”. So even if people aren’t following that specific plan, plenty of folks are doing the majority of what it suggests.
No problems on the edits. Thanks for that. Will need to try the food combos and see if that makes a difference. Never tried that.
Other than having to eat above maintenance to grow I would not follow those articles.
