Massive Eating and Insulin

I am starting to grasp the basics of Massive Eating now, but some confusion still remains. Can I have my fiber supps with a PF meal? Although fiber is carbs, it does not cause an insulin release, so it would be ok to have high blood triglycerides while eating it, right? I understand why it is important why not to have fat with the PC, but I don’t understand why I can’t have low glycemic carbs with my PF meals.

Anyone know any good articles that deal with insulin manipulation and how it applies to gaining muscle in the mass phase?

There is really no problem with taking fiber supps or eating some low GI carbs with a PC meal.
