Mass Program

my body hates volume, i just want to get big.
can i do bench squat and deads (ME and DE days) ONLY
I’m tired of wasting my engery on other exercises.
I dont care if i look like a bber.
If so I’d use this rotine until I meet

my goals (190, 5,9)
Bench 300
Squat 400
Dead 500

Now (170, 5,9)
Bench 215
Squat 150

No offense, but you seem to need to do some serious work on your posterior and legs.

You might want to do some concentration on your squats. You’re legs can handle more volume than you think.

take a look at these.

Once that MASS gets built up in the legs…more gains all around are to follow.

how long have you been training to come to the conclusion your body can’t handle volume?

Anyway… if your looking for a low volume program for the big three google bill starr and different 5x5 training programs

I’ve been training for 1 1/2 years. Mostly bber style, I feel tired all the time and have no energy for anything. I read easy-gainer and it sounds like me. I know my legs suck, I just started squatting a week ago and I’ve been dead lifting for a month. (I had hip surgery and had 3 pins and a steel rod put in, I’ve been scared to use my legs but I’m feed up with not doing "money exercises.)

As far as volume the weights I use in the beginning of the workout get progressively smaller no matter what order the exercises are in. Also when I do low heavy reps I seem to recover fast then when I do High Volume.

This is what I was thinking
(I?ve done 5x5 weight sufferd)
Bench, Squat, Dead, every workout
One will be 90%1rm 3 sets 7-8 reps (extend reps)
And the other two exercise “speed” sets of 3 reps 5sets with 60% or 50% of 1rm
Goals-“Get Big” size of individual muscles doesn?t matter
(kinda like easy-gainer 2)

The best mass program I have ever done is Growth Surge Phase II and then Ian Kings Get Big. They are totaly different from each other and I would suggest trying either or both.
