I just commented this in the previous thread. Do 400-500 g carbs and 3500-4000 kCal and you will not get fat. Besides, you know now how to shed fat. Forget adding pure muscle without fat, it does not work in the real world without major anabolic support, and I am not talking about legal supplements but those that come in a syringe.
